Annual events, anniversaries, awards nights, town halls and leadership offsites for companies across the Kingdom: stage, set, lighting and branding, built in our workshop and run on the night.
One night, built in a day
Most corporate events go into a hotel ballroom or a venue on the day. We build the stage, LED backdrops, entrance and photo moments, then take them down after the event. Tawuniya, Savvy Games Group, Bupa Arabia and Riyadh Airports are among the companies whose annual events we have built.
Town halls and leadership offsites
We also build town halls, CEO events and leadership offsites for SAB, ACWA Power, Mobily and the Tourism Development Fund, from the stage and screens to the branding in the room.

Do you work in hotels?
Yes. Most of our corporate events are in hotel ballrooms and conference venues, and we coordinate build and take-down times with the venue.
Do you run the event on the night?
Yes. Our crew runs the stage, screens and lighting on the night and works alongside your venue's catering team.
How early should we brief you?
Three to four weeks for most annual events and longer for large stages or custom builds.
