We built Mobily's stand at LEAP for five editions in a row, 2022 to 2026, each one a new stand at a scale of up to 1,250 m².
Five editions, five new stands
Each year the brief changed with Mobily's message, from Mobily Business in 2022 and 2023 to the full Mobily brand from 2024. The stands combined large LED features, product zones for 5G, IoT, gaming and smart living, meeting rooms and hospitality and were built to carry four days of heavy visitor traffic.
Planning a LEAP stand
LEAP is one of the busiest shows in the Kingdom's calendar, so build slots, approvals and materials are booked early. For a custom stand over 200 m² we suggest briefing us 10 to 12 weeks before the show.

How early should we brief you for a stand?
For a custom stand over 200 m², 10 to 12 weeks before the show gives time for design, organiser approvals and a full build. Smaller stands can run in 6 to 8 weeks. We have delivered faster; it costs more.
Do you handle organiser and venue approvals?
Yes. Structural drawings, power loads, rigging requests, height and double-deck approvals and health and safety files are part of every stand we build.
