A conference set for Riyadh Airports at GACA's Saudi Aviation Strategy meeting: an airplane-themed entrance arch, a 20 × 4 m stage with lit side walls and a branded meeting area.
Guests entered through a 5 × 3 m arch with gradient blue panels and acrylic RAC and GACA logos. Inside, the stage carried edge-lit logos. The meeting tables were branded with 55-inch screens built in.
